Candidates must hold a university degree in Food Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in product formulation for the food industry. Responsibilities include research and development of new formulas, supervision of production processes, and collaboration with other departments to ensure quality and compliance. You must be meticulous and proactive in solving technical problems and continuously improving formulation processes.
