Knowledge of Forecast, Budget, and Fixed Asset Capitalization calculations. Intermediate Excel proficiency.**Job Description:** * Creation of capital projects in Oracle, tracking and reporting assigned budget and incurred expenses. * Preparation and updating of the Checkbook; preparation of Daily & Weekly Reports & MEC on time and accurately. * Approval and tracking of purchase requisitions. * Preparation and tracking of Forecast & Budget compliance for Project Expenses and CAPEX. * Attendance at launch meetings. * Month-end closing activities. * Monitoring of capital project implementation timelines. * Month-end closing, journal entry preparation, report analysis. * Oracle system usage. **Required Skills and Education** * Effective communication. * Continuous improvement. * Conflict resolution. * Organization. * Working under pressure. * Adaptability. * Proactivity. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
