Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensure quality control, manage personnel, and improve production efficiency and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of staff potential Job Purpose: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. Oversee quality control to ensure final products meet production specifications and manage footwear personnel. Monitor production plans and reduce production costs by avoiding rework. Achieve daily production targets. Improve production systems (methods and procedures) through continuous improvement initiatives. Reduce production costs and eliminate rework. Develop the potential of subordinates. Enhance manufacturing efficiency. Track operational tasks, pending items, and order deliveries. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives and resolve problematic situations. Define responsibilities for departmental activities, ensuring equitable workload distribution among assigned operators while maintaining fair and respectful treatment at all times. Plan, organize, and requisition all necessary manufacturing inputs with adequate lead time. Prepare and communicate the daily production plan to the team. Maintain machinery and equipment under optimal operating conditions. Enforce internal work regulations. Ensure optimal safety and cleanliness standards.
