Position Summary: We are seeking a Services and Projects Manager with experience in telecommunications, technical team leadership, and project management to ensure the proper execution of services at client facilities. Configuration of switches, access points, DVRs, and networking equipment We are looking for a **Services and Projects Manager** with experience in telecommunications, technical team leadership, and project management to ensure the correct execution of services and projects at our clients' facilities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Processes, or related field. * **2 to 3 years of experience in telecommunications**. * Minimum **6 months of experience leading work teams**. * Solid knowledge in: * Networks * CCTV * Power systems * Automation * Telecommunications * Computing equipment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet. * Valid Class A driver's license. * Ability to operate standard vehicles. * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate English (reading and writing). **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise telecommunications and technical service projects. * Manage operational staff and multidisciplinary teams. * Supervise on-site services, maintenance, and construction execution. * Administer material resources, budgets, and schedules. * Conduct technical visits and diagnostics at client facilities. * Supervise networks, CCTV, power systems, automation, and telecommunications. * Configure **switches, access points, DVRs, switches, and networking equipment**. * Track work plans and service reports. * Evaluate staff performance and develop improvement strategies. * Coordinate recruitment and training processes with Human Resources. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Purchase of company products at supplier pricing * Interest-free loans Salary: $4,000\.00 \- $5,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Educational support * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications, networks, CCTV, or automation? * Do you have experience managing and supervising technical projects or field services? * Are you available to travel and conduct visits to client facilities?
