Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager to supervise the recording of financial transactions, prepare budgets, and ensure regulatory and tax compliance for the institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the recording of financial transactions and tax compliance. 2. Prepare and control branch and plaza budgets. 3. Provide accounting and tax advisory services to branches and departments. We are looking for your talent as **ACCOUNTING MANAGER** **What will you do?** * Supervise the daily recording of purchase, sale, expense, and service transactions to ensure full compliance with tax requirements, thereby generating accurate financial information for the institution. * Prepare and control the budget assigned to the plaza and branches to ensure achievement of planned institutional results. * Supervise payments made to service providers to ensure timely execution and adherence to internal regulations. * Supervise the recording of fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers, as well as assets assigned to the plaza and branches—including adjudicated and/or obsolete assets—and physical inventory, to ensure proper control thereof. * Supervise the administration of institutional accounting systems (e.g., vendor setup/termination, account management, signature authorizations), to ensure accurate and timely information. * Provide accounting and tax advisory services to branches and administrative departments within the plaza, ensuring application of institutional guidelines. * Manage the assigned checkbook to ensure smooth institutional financial operations. * Compile audit reports, accounting data, and statistical information to support institutional decision-making. **What do you need to apply?** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting.
