We are hiring: * Safety, Health, and Environment Supervisor Join an organization that has been a cornerstone in the industrial development of the region, where your experience will be valued and your professional growth encouraged. **Requirements:** * **Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a safety supervisor (mandatory)** * Proficiency in office software and digital platforms * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Personnel management and supervisory skills * DC\-3 skills certifications (the company supports this training) * Diplomas or training in safety, health, and/or environmental matters * Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards * Knowledge of 5'S methodology * Daily 5-minute safety talks with employees * Management system knowledge * Knowledge in: Hazard and risk identification, Working at heights safety, fire extinguisher use, energy control, static electricity in the workplace, selection and use of PPE, manual handling of loads, chemical handling, noise, confined spaces, elevated platform operation, cutting and welding, hand tool handling, safety supervision, emergency response, and first aid. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise production staff activities: working at heights, hot work (cutting, welding), painting/chemical substance handling. * Prepare safe work analyses, work permit requests, inspections, and complete check\-lists for tools/equipment/harnesses. * Manage personnel access to the plant and material entry/exit. * Prepare monthly reports and use platform for document submission. * Implement 5S's tool in warehouse and related activities. * Conduct daily safety training and safety talks with staff. * Implement, monitor, and improve the Management System. The offered salary is $4,500, with potential monthly salary increases based on performance evaluations after the first 3 months.
