Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary Purchasing Assistant to manage and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of critical inputs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the procurement of raw materials and supplies. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and ensures the availability of inputs. 3. Collaborates with production and logistics teams. We are looking for a temporary Purchasing Assistant for Operadora de Molinos to join our team immediately. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable purchasing experience. Own transportation to commute to the company. Relevant bachelor's degree. Experience in negotiation and ERP systems. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for the efficient operation of our business. Your role will involve supplier analysis, price and terms negotiation, and order and delivery tracking. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date inventory and ensuring the availability of critical inputs. Additionally, you must collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve any supply-related issues and efficiently manage purchasing processes. Prior experience in purchasing, supplier management, and negotiation is required. You must possess strong organizational and effective communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems. Analytical ability and decision-making skills, as well as teamwork capability, are highly valued.
