Maintenance Supervisor At Distribuidora de Suministros S.A. de C.V., we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and manage maintenance operations at our facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance team, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Your role will involve planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, directly supervising maintenance personnel, analyzing maintenance data to improve processes, and managing external vendors and contractors as needed. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between the maintenance team and other departments to ensure integration and achievement of maintenance objectives. Minimum requirements for this position include solid experience in maintenance management, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Technical education in mechanics, electricity, or related disciplines, as well as prior experience in a similar role, will be highly valued.
