**REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree * Intermediate English (Desirable) * Knowledge of NOM, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 **RESPONSIBILITIES AND/OR KNOWLEDGE:** * Support in establishing the Safety and Hygiene Committee * Support in medical service activities (Annual Work Plan, Health and Vaccination Day, Health Campaigns, Entry and Periodic Medical Examinations, etc.) * Support in physical security service activities (Annual Work Plan, Patrols, etc.) * Support in events related to OSH promotion (Safety Week, Safety Discussion Times, etc.) * Support in aspects of the OSH Emergency Response Plan (Training of Emergency Response Teams, Review of Emergency Equipment, Alarms, and Safety Devices) * Conduct safety audits, report results, and follow up on findings * Daily plant walkthroughs * Identification and assessment of OSH hazards and risks in plant areas * Participation in audits and/or inspections conducted by OSH authorities and/or third parties * Knowledge of applicable OSH legal requirements for their process to support compliance * Support in developing OSH procedures * Participation in compliance with safety and health regulations and procedures * Ensure availability and proper management of personal protective equipment used in the plant * Investigate workplace accidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive and corrective measures
