Job Summary: This role is responsible for supporting operational processes, ensuring proper equipment operation, conducting inspections and scheduling maintenance, thereby contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for operational processes and equipment operation. 2. Conducting inspections and preventive maintenance. 3. Machine adjustment and contribution to continuous improvement. Support the operational processes of the area. Ensure proper operation of equipment, tools, and materials. Perform inspections (pre-release and in-process) according to quality standards. Operate and adjust machinery for model changes, ensuring proper setup. Install required spools according to work order. Operate control panel. Adjust brushes. Replace disc. Program and perform preventive maintenance. Prepare and verify programs, tools, and fixtures according to project requirements. Execute model changes and ensure release of parts on the production line. Replace tools or inserts as needed. Report failures, follow up on pending items, and conduct effective shift handover. Implement corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement and departmental KPIs. Ensure compliance with quality, production, safety, and 5S standards. Comply with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological High School years of experience Age: Between 18 and 45 years Knowledge: Measuring instruments, Blueprint interpretation, Machinery, Materials
