**The Opportunity:** Our client, a manufacturing facility located in Mexico, has partnered with ML6 in their search for a Human Resources Manager to join their growing team! The Human Resources Manager will provide personnel leadership and oversight for the company. This individual will report to the Operations Manager and serve as a key business partner with other company leadership. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Define and implement the overall Human Resources and talent management strategy aligned with organizational objectives. * Design and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines and applicable laws and regulations. * Plan and execute strategic initiatives for the department. * Foster a positive organizational climate and culture, driving engagement and development. * Manage labor relations, including conflict resolution and compliance with labor legislation. * Ensure company\-wide compliance with labor, health, safety, and quality regulations. * Oversee recruitment, selection, induction, and onboarding processes. * Identify training needs and design professional development programs to strengthen employee competencies. * Manage performance evaluations, career planning, and succession programs. * Analyze and optimize compensation and benefits models to maintain competitiveness. * Oversee and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, using appropriate software (e.g., NOI). * Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports to monitor and improve HR processes. * Lead and develop high\-performance teams to achieve strategic goals. * Collaborate with area leaders to implement high\-impact initiatives and organizational change strategies. * Draft and provide periodic reports to corporate as required. **What You'll Need to Be Successful:** * Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HR role. * Previous Human Resources experience within a Manufacturing environment. * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. * Postgraduate studies or specialization in Human Resources or Organizational Development. * Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proven experience in managing strategic projects and leading teams. * Analytical skills for data\-driven decision\-making. * Change management and cultural transformation expertise. * Leadership skills: ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate teams. * Interpersonal skills: ability to build strong professional relationships, resolve conflicts, and mediate difficult situations. * Problem\-solving skills: ability to identify issues, analyze complex situations, and develop effective solutions. * Knowledge of labor laws: mastery of current labor laws and regulations. * HR practices knowledge: experience in recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and performance management. * Results\-oriented: ability to set clear objectives and work toward achieving them. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
