Negotiation skills with suppliers Procurement Analyst Job Objective: Efficiently manage the procurement process to ensure timely supply of materials, products, and services, securing optimal cost, quality, and negotiation terms in accordance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations Generate and track authorized purchase orders Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and material receipt Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions Validate invoices against purchase orders and material receipts Track account statements and credit notes Coordinate material pickups and maintain logbook records Keep the supplier registry up to date Collaborate with warehouse and requesting departments to ensure proper fulfillment Generate monthly departmental reports and performance indicators Control costs and update price lists Evaluate supplier performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement Knowledge of supply chain processes Negotiation skills with suppliers Proficiency in SAE system Organizational skills and ability to track purchase orders We Offer: Salary: $16,000 gross per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs Statutory benefits Job stability and growth opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: Between 24 and 50 years Knowledge: Analytical ability, Procurement, Procurement Management, Supplier Negotiation Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: analyst, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
