




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive payroll management, including onboarding, offboarding, calculations, deductions, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire payroll lifecycle and its transactions 2. Performs accurate calculations of earnings, deductions, and taxes 3. Administers and controls employee disabilities and deductions Enter onboarding, offboarding, and changes into the payroll system Calculate earnings, deductions, contributions, taxes, and withholdings in the payroll system and generate required reports Submit monthly IMSS payment documentation to clients Record incidents and deductions in the payroll system to ensure accurate payroll calculation, safeguarding all physical and/or electronic supporting documents provided by direct supervisors Apply employee deductions in payroll and maintain control thereof (Fonacot, Infonavit, loans, etc.) Calculate, validate, and close the company's payroll timely and accurately Perform onboarding, offboarding, and modifications via the IDSE portal. Populate the SUA and generate files for monthly and bimonthly employer-employee contribution payments.
