Main Responsibilities: • Physical and digital administrative document control and safeguarding. • Monitoring of processes, policies, and internal controls. • Data entry and validation in ERP systems. • Management and updating of suppliers, customers, and internal files. • Monitoring of invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable. • Recording and tracking of income, expenses, and operational expenditures. • Preparation of administrative reports and support in management indicators. • Validation of operational and administrative information for decision-making. • Posting of job vacancies and support in recruitment and selection processes. • Management of personnel files, contracts, and incidents. • Attendance, vacation, leave, and personnel movement tracking. • Support in training, onboarding, and organizational culture activities. • Handling administrative requests from employees, clients, and suppliers. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles. • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Knowledge of invoicing, collections, document control, and personnel administration. • Organized, analytical, responsible, and results-oriented.
