Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations is indispensable to ensure compliance and efficiency in transportation. You must have experience in transportation risk management for fleets of trucks, vans, and motorcycles, as well as the ability to work in the field. Your role involves supervising field operations, ensuring all processes proceed without disruptions. Position Objective: Provide prompt attention and optimal resolution of various incidents—including accident investigations, thefts, breaches of trust, frauds, and state and federal government procedures. Responsibilities: * Responding to requests from prosecutors’ offices and government agencies. * Interaction with police, traffic authorities, and National Guard. * Ensuring the vehicle fleet remains up-to-date on state and federal payment obligations. * Processing agreements and debt forgiveness applications. * Negotiating with third parties regarding damages and unforeseen events. * Supporting the sales department in recovering furniture and other items arising during delivery routes. * Processing loading and unloading permits for various municipalities. * Filing complaints.
