We need someone with negotiation skills and strong interpersonal abilities to manage solutions for traffic-related conflicts, fines, permits, and government procedures. Effective communication is essential—particularly in responding to emergencies and resolving conflicts. Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations is mandatory to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in transportation. You must have experience in transportation risk management for fleets of trucks, vans, and motorcycles, as well as the ability to work in the field. Your role involves supervising field operations, ensuring all processes proceed without disruption. We seek a professional with proven experience in these areas to contribute to our company’s continued success. Job Objective: Provide prompt attention and optimal resolution of various incidents—including accident investigations, thefts, breaches of trust, frauds, and state/federal procedures. Responsibilities: * Responding to requests from public prosecutors’ offices and government agencies. * Liaising with police, traffic authorities, and the National Guard. * Ensuring the vehicle fleet remains compliant with state and federal payment obligations. * Processing agreements and fee waivers. * Negotiating with third parties regarding damages and unforeseen events. * Supporting the sales department in recovering furniture and handling other issues arising during delivery routes. * Processing loading and unloading permits for various municipalities. * Filing complaints.
