Position Summary: Efficiently and promptly attend to first-time and follow-up patients, providing safe and compassionate medical care with close clinical follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. We have over 23,000 professionals and employees committed to preserving the most valuable asset for everyone—our lives. **Objective:** To efficiently and promptly attend to first-time and follow-up patients, delivering safe and compassionate medical care during their stay at Sanefro, with close clinical follow-up and full compliance with current regulations. **Main Job Responsibilities:** · Supervise comprehensive patient management in hemodialysis, ensuring stability and resolving complications arising during renal replacement therapy. · Evaluate patients’ vascular access for hemodialysis and timely manage associated complications. · Ensure compliance with processes and proper functioning of critical systems. **Education:** · Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery or Medicine and Surgery (degree and federal license) **Mandatory Experience:** · Inpatient care (1 year) · Emergency or critical care management (1 year) · Hemodialysis treatment (1 year) · Clinical record management (1 year) **Knowledge Requirements:** · Interpretation of laboratory and imaging studies · Theoretical foundations of renal failure and its treatments · Microsoft Office suite · NOM-003-SSA3-2010 for hemodialysis practice **Availability:** · Mon–Sat Shifts/Rotation Recruitment processes at Grupo PiSA are completely FREE; no one should request any payment from you to participate in our Recruitment and Selection processes.
