Executing commercial strategies and knowledge of apparel valuation Acquire and retain customers (field activities and telephone follow-up). Provide excellent service and support to customers. Execute commercial strategies: promotions, price adjustments, flyer distribution. Possess knowledge of apparel valuation. Attract customers both inside and outside the Point of Sale. Requirements Knowledge of: gold appraisal, pawnbroking, basic Excel. Experience: customer service, sales, pawnbroking, fieldwork (pawnbroking), retail.
