Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, hiring, and all aspects related to personnel administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes: post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and onboard new employees. Administer employment contracts, social security registrations/terminations, and labor documentation. Maintain up-to-date personnel files. Manage payroll in coordination with Finance (attendance tracking, leave requests, deductions). Coordinate onboarding, training, and professional development plans. Address employee labor inquiries and resolve incidents between staff and management. Implement and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with applicable law. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in similar roles. Knowledge of local labor legislation and payroll processes. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Discretion and high sense of confidentiality. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 and Saturdays 9:00–14:00.
