Job Summary: We are seeking a Cooperative Educator to manage community engagement, volunteer programs, and partnerships that drive social development and promote the cooperative. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage community engagement activities with a social cause. 2. Implement volunteer programs for environmental and sustainable well-being. 3. Build shared-value partnerships for community development. We are looking for your talent as a COOPERATIVE EDUCATOR. What will you do? 1. Manage community engagement activities at events with a social cause to strengthen commitment to the community and sector. 2. Implement volunteer programs that promote environmental and sustainable well-being. 3. Foster shared-value partnerships and build relationships supporting community development. 4. Communicate to target audiences the competitive advantages of using the cooperative’s products and services to increase new membership. 5. Promote reactivation of accounts for minor members and savers at the branch. What do you need to apply? Requirements: Education — Technical Superior University (TSU) and/or Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Social Responsibility, or Social Development. · Experience in: 1. Theoretical/practical knowledge of Social Responsibility. 2. Volunteer coordination and event organization. 3. Marketing knowledge or, alternatively, participation in cooperative training programs or courses. · Our institution offers you: IMSS (100% employer contribution) and life insurance.
