Main Profile and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (intern or graduate). Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles. Technical Knowledge: Blueprint interpretation, material control, work measurement reports (estimates/volumetrics), and construction regulations. Software: AutoCAD and Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Skills: Proactivity, ability to work under pressure, organization, on-site leadership, and willingness to work at construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Field Supervision: Support daily supervision to ensure compliance with specifications. Construction Management: Prepare photographic reports, site logs, and control estimates/measurement reports. Material Logistics: Procurement, receipt, and control of materials and equipment on-site. Coordination: Assist in organizing work crews and subcontractors.
