Job Summary: A technical-operational position focused on supporting field supervision, document control, work measurement generation, and contractor management. Key Highlights: 1. This role focuses on supporting field supervision, document control, work measurement generation (quantities), material control, and contractor management. It is a technical-operational position, ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 6–12 months of experience. Main Profile and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (intern or graduate). Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. Technical Knowledge: Blueprint interpretation, material control, work measurement generation (estimates/volumetrics), and construction regulations. Software: AutoCAD and Excel (intermediate–advanced level). Skills: Proactivity, ability to work under pressure, organization, field leadership, and willingness to work on-site (construction site). Key Responsibilities: Field Supervision: Support daily supervision to ensure compliance with specifications. Construction Management: Preparation of photographic reports, site logs, and control of estimates/measurement documents. Material Logistics: Procurement, receipt, and control of materials and equipment on-site. Coordination: Support in organizing work crews and subcontractors.
