A next-generation company dedicated to strawberry marketing is seeking an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR**. We are looking for a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be essential to keep the commercial cycle moving forward. The objective is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services to achieve the long-term success of our business. REQUIRED PROFILE: Certifications in PRIMUS GFS v3\.2, MIP, FSMA, LPO, and NOP. * Collect information and documentation to compile the producer's file and validate that the information is truthful and accurate through on-site visits with each producer in their assigned zone. * Follow established policies and processes for producer contracting—from file compilation through production closure. * Receive nursery-grown plants, documenting and validating their quality; if anomalies are found (e.g., pests, diseases), prepare a report detailing the deviations identified. * Deliver plants to producers with supporting documentation and signatures, completing all company-established forms. * Determine losses at nurseries, losses with producers, and report them to the Operations Management. * Implement food safety and quality programs for fruit.
