Job Summary: The Distribution Planning Coordinator ensures the efficient flow of products, connecting plants, distribution centers (DCs), and customers with operational excellence and a consumer-centric focus. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure daily and weekly execution of inventory movements and shipments. 2. Optimize service levels, system accuracy, and operational coordination. 3. The Distribution Planning Coordinator ensures our products flow efficiently across the logistics network—connecting plants, distribution centers, and customers—with operational excellence, sustainable impact, and an absolute focus on the consumer. ***Primary Mission:*** Ensure daily and weekly execution of inventory movements and shipments across the distribution network, optimizing service levels, system accuracy (SAP/TMS), operational coordination, and risk visibility. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Management of STOs, transfers, and internal movements. * Inventory validation and logistical constraints assessment. * Participation in operational meetings. * Coordination with transportation, warehouses, and Customer Service. * Verification of data in SAP/TMS. * Preparation of reports and KPIs. ***Role Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in logistics or planning. * SAP ECC, intermediate Excel skills, knowledge of logistics workflows.
