




* Support the Production Management in the planning, coordination, and daily supervision of plant operations. * Receive the weekly production summary and plan activities considering available resources and efficiency indicators. * Verify availability of raw materials and packaging materials (including promotional materials), coordinating with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery. * Supervise the release of machinery and equipment by quality and maintenance departments prior to production start-up. * Walk through production lines to verify correct scanning and recording of materials, times, and downtimes in the **ODOO** system, ensuring real-time updated information. * Ensure production starts proceed without incidents, complying with established safety and quality parameters. * Coordinate with maintenance and supervisors for immediate response to failures or corrective maintenance, minimizing operational disruptions. * Monitor progress of the production schedule, analyze productivity, efficiency, and loss control indicators. * Manage material supply with logistics and warehouse in case of delays or shortages, preventing downtime. * Supervise that finished products meet established quality requirements (packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing). * Ensure correct and timely registration of finished products in **ODOO**, maintaining up-to-date inventories. * Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify and prevent unsafe conditions, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Coordinate with forklift operators and warehouse staff the transfer of finished products to racks, maintaining aisle organization and operational flow. * Collaborate with **Human Resources** in coordinating training programs for operational personnel and follow up on their implementation at the plant. * Verify proper use of machinery and equipment, preventing damage and ensuring product quality. * Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules. * Promote **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, safety standards, and quality policies. * Request authorization from Plant Management to hire additional personnel when necessary. * Propose process improvements to optimize time, reduce losses, and increase efficiency. * Meet established production targets and report progress to Plant Management. * Suggest policies aimed at efficiency and process standardization. * Participate in innovation projects, continuous improvement, and productive capacity optimization.
