Leadership of training and development programs A food manufacturing company is seeking: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Requirements: - Completed bachelor's degree. - Minimum five years of experience in coordination, supervisory, or managerial roles within the food or manufacturing industry. - Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: - Design talent management policies and strategic plans. - Align employee competencies with operational and quality management system requirements. - Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and NOM-035-STPS-2018. - Monitor compliance with individual and collective labor contracts, RIT. - Oversee ISO 9001:2015 quality management system implementation. - Coordinate training activities according to established procedures. - Lead training programs, performance evaluations, organizational climate assessments, leadership development, and talent retention initiatives. - Supervise talent acquisition and selection processes. - Coordinate onboarding of new employees. - Supervise incident management, attendance control, payroll calculation, vacation administration, and severance payments per the Federal Labor Law (LFT). - Address labor conflicts, manage administrative reports, and handle disciplinary proceedings. Represent the company during labor inspections and conciliation proceedings.
