Position Summary: Systems Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining computer systems to improve the company’s operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Software and website development and maintenance. 2. Cybersecurity implementation and monitoring. 3. Technical support and internal user training. **General Information** * Position: Systems Engineer * Department: Systems * Location: Boulevard Lázaro Cárdenas 291 * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:30; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 **Position Objective** To develop, implement, and maintain computer systems to improve the company’s operational efficiency. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Software and website development and maintenance. * Design, program, and optimize internal applications and systems. * Implement improvements to existing platforms. * Resolve errors and technical issues in systems and computing equipment. * Knowledge of IP telephony. * Configure and administer servers and internal networks. * Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures. * Manage user access and permissions. * Provide technical support to internal users across various departments. * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on computing equipment. * Train staff on the use of new technologies and tools. * Maintain security cameras. * Create technical documentation for systems and processes. * Evaluate new technologies to enhance company performance. **Position Requirements** * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum age: 20 years * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. * Experience in system development and administration. **Technical Knowledge** * Programming languages. * Frameworks. * Server and network administration. * Information security and access management. * Fortinet * IP telephony. * Installation of surveillance cameras. **Skills and Competencies** * Problem solving. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Capacity for continuous learning. * Organization and time management.
