Production Supervisor (Welding and Assembly): * Supervises and coordinates production line activities, prepares schedules, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. * Responsibilities: Record production in the company's system, schedule logistics of material to be processed ensuring efficiency in heavy machinery operations, assign work to crews, ensure productivity and quality of the process. * Record finished products in the company's internal system, inspect the quality of parts, supervise and direct daily activities of production line workers by assigning tasks, ensuring coordination among different teams and monitoring their performance. Interpret blueprints to guide manufacturing and have knowledge of welding processes. Balance workload among production crews. Preferably seeking Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers.
