




**Sales Agent** We manufacture innovative solutions for animal care and well-being, and we are expanding our sales team to continue driving our market presence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and execute a weekly plan for strategic visits to current and potential customers. * Analyze and segment customers to optimize sales opportunities. * Negotiate commercial closures and manage the complete order cycle through delivery. * Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned distributors and sales points. * Maintain constant contact with customers and report sales progress to District Management. * Achieve the sales and growth targets established by the company. **Candidate Profile:** * Experience in sales forecasting, inventory control, price analysis, and market dynamics. * Strong negotiation, planning, and sales execution skills. * High willingness to travel consistently within the assigned territory. * Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. * Professional with initiative, sales drive, and strong results orientation. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary: $10,000 * Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months ($10,000 additional) * Commissions starting from the fourth month * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Corporate vehicle * Cell phone * Life insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 hrs (with availability for extended travel within the region).
