Leadership and field team management An industrial sector company is looking for a **Field Engineer / Construction Supervisor** for a project at DEACERO Alambres involving the installation of an industrial furnace, with a maximum duration of 1 month. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, executing, and monitoring industrial installation and automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety compliance. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate fieldwork related to **industrial installations and automation systems** * Manage technical personnel and contractors on site * Track project progress against the schedule * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Interact directly with the client, providing service and resolving requirements * Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and diagrams * Support programming, diagnostics, and commissioning of automated systems * Prepare progress reports and technical documentation Requirements * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * **Minimum 4 years of experience** in: * Industrial construction supervision * Electrical installations and/or automation * Knowledge of: * Siemens PLCs (intermediate/advanced programming and diagnostics) * Siemens frequency inverters * Project Management (project planning and monitoring) * CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) – basic to intermediate level * Reading and interpretation of drawings * Office software proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.) * **Current residence in Celaya or willingness to relocate to the area (preference given to current residents)** Key Competencies * Excellent client service and interpersonal skills * Leadership and team management * Organization and results orientation * On-site problem-solving ability * Proactivity and decision-making capability Additional Requirements * **Immediate availability** * Willingness to work on site * Valid driver’s license * Certificate of no criminal record We Offer * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Participation in high-impact industrial projects Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 1 month Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
