We are seeking experienced warehouse supervisors for the following responsibilities: * Conducting cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy. * Managing inventory management systems (ERP/WMS). * Knowledge of inventory techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, and JIT. * Controlling the inbound and outbound flow of goods. * Receiving, storing, picking, and shipping processes. * Optimizing storage space. * Assigning tasks and supervising performance. * Training and motivating the team. * Resolving conflicts and managing operational staff. * Implementing disciplinary policies when necessary.
