**Job Description** ------------------------- Provide optimal customer service during sales, adhering to the applicable regulatory framework. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1\. • Serve customers at the counter and by telephone. 2\. • Maintain order in documentation and physical files related to your role, both in the work area and in any location used as a storage or filing area; as well as cleanliness of your workstation. 3\. • Request authorization codes from the Accounts Receivable Administrator for credit sales and in cases where customers request materials by telephone or at the counter; 4\. • Issue invoices and receive payments. 5\. • Prepare discounts upon receiving proper authorization. 6\. • Process and issue invoice cancellations and replacements when required under applicable regulations. 7\. • Prepare the Daily Sales Closing Report. 8\. • Submit the Daily Sales Closing Report and supporting documentation to the Accounts Receivable Administrator for review. 9\. • Take customer orders. 10\. • Manage the petty cash fund when assigned to do so. 11\. • Safeguard invoices pending collection\*. 12\. • Generate and provide the Sales Representative or Store Manager with system-generated collection reports and overdue invoices for accounts receivable follow-up\*. 13\. • Receive and safeguard supporting documentation, payments, original payment receipts, and/or original bank deposit slips that validate collections\*. 14\. • Generate Customer Account Statements upon client request\*. 15\. • Monitor proper accounts receivable management and portfolio recovery\*. 16\. • Record deposits made to Proveedora Mexicana de Materiales, S.A. de C.V.'s bank accounts\*. 17\. • Follow Security Code procedures and directives for specified activities. 18\. • Comply with the company’s Code of Ethics. 19\. • Use login credentials and user access numbers responsibly across various company information systems, tools, and applications; enter, update, and provide required information accurately and on time per established Construrama Promexma processes and practices; and comply with CEMEX’s information security and confidentiality policies. 20\. • Perform other duties inherent to the position and business needs. 21\. \* These activities will be carried out by the Sales Administrator / Billing Clerk in cases where the Accounts Receivable Administrator is not physically present at the branch. **Job Challenges** -------------------- 1\.
