




***BAJAJ DEL RIO MOTORS (Leading Group in Motorcycle Sales)*** We are looking for your talent!! ***ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*** Your mission is to manage and coordinate administrative activities across the different areas of the agency, ensuring they operate harmoniously and efficiently. You will support the manager in expanding visibility through reports from various departments. You must maintain optimal control over records of parts and service income, ensuring all received funds are accurately reflected in systems and results. **Functions:** * Review daily income, as well as proper closure of orders and requests * Ensure correct processing of parts transfers between stores * Track sent and pending warranties * Follow up on parts requested in weekly, monthly, and back orders * Request cancellation of orders and purchases no longer valid due to expiration or customer cancellation * Assist the parts department with receiving and counting merchandise * Assist the service department with motorcycle reception and delivery * Send reports requested by the administrative department * Prepare and interpret reports * Coordinate and organize interdepartmental activities * Monitor cases and incidents * Implement timely interventions to prevent various issues **Requirements and Skills:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles * Proficiency in office software * Proactive * Organized * Responsible and punctual * Adherence to processes * Assertive communication **We Offer:** * Salary based on skills * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * administrative: 2 years (Required) Workplace: On-site
