





Ensure product quality through inspections, parameter control, result analysis, and reliable reporting; supervise staff, lead improvements to reduce defects and costs, and ensure timely certification issuance Education: Industrial, chemical, metallurgical, quality engineering or related field Experience: * Minimum 2 years in quality control within industrial environments, with experience supervising personnel and generating technical reports * Interpretation of blueprints, tolerances, and technical specifications * Document and form control within management systems * Audit handling and corrective actions (5W, 8D, Ishikawa) * Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific standards * Calibration and proper use of measuring instruments Skills: * Clear communication with production, laboratory, and internal customers * Attention to detail and commitment to product compliance * Results-oriented, punctual follow-up, and continuous improvement * Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and redesign plans * Technical leadership to coordinate the inspection team * Proficiency in quality KPIs and advanced Excel usage for reporting Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Electroplating: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
