Job Summary: Supervise the execution of operational processes and ensure compliance with procedures to control deviations and manage resources at SCHNELLECKE Logistics. Key Points: 1. Managing allocated resources for operations. **Job Requirements.** * Must have availability to commute to the company (using personal transportation). * We are located in the **Irapuato Industrial City.** * Availability to rotate shifts (shift rotation monthly) * Experience in similar positions or activities (verifiable) * Availability to work on weekends (weekday rest day) **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of operational processes based on the Quality Management System, customer requirements, and SCHNELLECKE Logistics requirements, to ensure service compliance according to the specific objectives and goals of the area. * Ensure personnel under supervision comply with applicable procedures and Safe Work Methods for their area, to control deviations in the operational process under supervision. * Manage allocated resources to ensure the operational area under supervision has the required personnel, tools, and equipment for executing operational processes. **Benefits:** * Option for indefinite-term contract. * Life insurance. * Food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. **Education:** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field.
