Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations of **routes, monitoring staff, drivers, and maintenance workshop**. * Ensure compliance with **schedules, authorized stops, and safety protocols**. * Supervise **vehicle maintenance and fuel control**. * Manage **incidents, delays, accidents, or route deviations**. * Prepare **operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Supervise and provide feedback to operational staff. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Administration, or related field). * Minimum **1 year of experience in transportation monitoring or logistics**. * Experience supervising staff (preferred). * Proficiency in **GPS, Excel, and monitoring systems**. * Availability for **rotating shifts and handling operational emergencies**. * **Class B driver’s license or driving experience** preferred. Schedule Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday: * 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Sundays only in case of incidents.
