A Personnel Transportation Company is looking for a Logistics Manager. Main responsibilities: * Route and schedule planning: Organizes routes and times to optimize service efficiency and meet customer requirements. * Coordination of vehicles and drivers: Ensures vehicle availability and adherence to shifts. * Vehicle maintenance supervision: Ensures vehicles are in optimal working and safety conditions. * Operational cost management: Manages the logistics budget, seeking to reduce expenses without affecting service quality. * Control and monitoring of daily operations: Monitors service execution in real time, quickly resolving unexpected issues. * Communication with clients and internal departments: Coordinates with sales, human resources, and clients to ensure effective service delivery. * Regulatory compliance: Ensures compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements: * Age between 25 and 35. * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (logistics coordinator or supervisor). * Experience in fleet management and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of route planning, service scheduling, and shift programming. * Proficiency in technological tools. * Knowledge of transportation regulations, traffic rules, and road safety. * Experience leading operational and administrative teams. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Strong communication skills with clients, operators, and other internal departments. * Analytical and problem-solving skills in logistics. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. * Flexible availability, including weekends if necessary.
