San Bartolo, Silao, Guanajuato, next to UPB University*** **JOIN GAS BUTANO!** Gas Butano, a 100% Mexican company, is looking for your talent. **Full Job Description** Ensure continuity of the gas distribution service by supervising its execution under optimal conditions, applying controls that enable analysis aimed at continuous operational improvement and reduction of operating costs. Supervise operations at the gas refueling station, coordinate staff, oversee safety and equipment maintenance, manage permits, and monitor station image. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise assigned personnel while fostering a positive work environment. * Coordinate vehicle dispatch from the plant along assigned routes. * Supervise route personnel in carrying out their duties. * Address customer complaints and dissatisfaction to provide immediate resolution. * Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition prior to departure on routes. * Track and follow up on all commitments generated during personnel operations. * Supervise individual sales targets for each team member. * Guarantee achievement of the distribution channel’s overall sales target. * Ensure L.P. Gas distribution is conducted in a controlled, timely, and safe manner, contributing to high-quality customer service and meeting customer expectations. * Negotiate with new customers and handle complaints. * Record and notify the Order Assignment Supervisor of distributor attendance. * Monitor distributors’ adherence to assigned zones and routes. * Supervise timely and proper dispatch of all vehicles. * Open new routes and restructure zones. * Resolve conflicts. * Supervise compliance with uniform and required work tools by personnel. * Supervise service stations and shift personnel. * Supervise the team and assign tasks to ensure station operational continuity. * Monitor and prevent unsafe conditions or actions that could cause accidents. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of refueling equipment and facilities. * Process renewals of municipal and state permits. * Supervise inventory levels. * Ensure the station complies with established standards for appearance and cleanliness. * Supervise cash register closures, cash handling, and customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience managing personnel. * Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role. * Age: 25–50 years. * Decision-making ability and initiative. **We Offer:** * Fixed weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Attendance and punctuality bonus. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. **Job Information** * Full-time position. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Employment type: Indefinite-term. ***Interested candidates please submit an updated CV via this platform or WhatsApp at 477 449 8182*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 – $2.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
