Responsibilities: * Coordinate and support sales leaders. * Prepare performance reports for regional management, including key performance indicators. * Implement and develop safety programs. * Develop market strategies. * Design segment-specific sales routes. * Prepare the annual sales budget. * Monitor branch profitability. * Review sales performance and conduct field visits.
