Skilled in **negotiation**, **critical thinking**, and promoting teamwork under strict **safety and accuracy** metrics. **Key Experience and Supervisory Skills** * **Operational Leadership and Personnel Management:** * Management and direction of operational and unionized teams, including **task assignment**, training, and supervision of schedule and procedure compliance (shift role). * Promote **communication** and **teamwork** to meet daily receiving volumes. **Receiving Control and ERP:** * Ensure that the **Material Receiving process** and **Goods Entry into the ERP system** are performed timely and with 100% accuracy. * Supervise the correct execution of **transactions** (receipts and transfers) in the system to maintain immediate stock availability for sale. **Performance Analysis and KPIs:** * **Daily/weekly generation and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**, such as volume of goods received, receiving accuracy (Received On Time and Complete), and inventory accuracy. * **Analysis of discrepancies** (physical vs. system) to identify root causes and implement immediate corrective actions. * **Behavioral Skills (Emphasis on management):** * **Negotiation** with carriers and internal staff to resolve discrepancies and prioritize tasks. * **Critical Thinking** applied to continuous improvement and resolution of complex operational issues.
