We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee and ensure the proper administrative and operational management of our branches in the Irapuato region. Main Responsibilities * Administer and supervise income and expenses from sales across different branches. * Control and validate daily cash reconciliations and balances. * Analyze and generate operational and financial reports to support decision-making. * Monitor internal projects and ensure timely completion. * Coordinate and support scheduled operations to guarantee efficient service. * Maintain constant communication with internal departments to optimize processes. Job Requirements * Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or supervisory roles (preferably in transportation, logistics, or services). * Knowledge of report analysis, income/expense control, and cash balancing. * Advanced Excel and administrative systems skills. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Availability to travel between branches in Irapuato and surrounding areas.
