Operation of various machines and processes **Job Posting Title** Maintenance Technician**Job Description Summary** Mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, or related technician with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, machine operation (focusing on machining), interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams, knowledge of Lean and Core tools, lubrication systems, lathes, cutters, lapping machines, testers, gear washers, grinders, drills, rollers, milling machines, punch presses, heat treatments, welding, etc.**Job Description:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing processes. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and pneumatics. * Basic knowledge of HVAC and welding. * Familiarity with FANUC CNC systems. * Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * Knowledge of electronics. * Availability to rotate shifts and take mid-week days off. * Sense of urgency. * Proactive attitude. * Basic English proficiency. * Experience with Maximo and Oracle. **Required Skills and Education** * Effective Communication * Collaborating With Others * Continuous Improvement * Maintaining High Work Standards * Continuous Learning **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
