




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage comprehensive personnel processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll, training, and workplace climate improvement, applying the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and the Social Security Law (LFSS). Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel process management 2. Recruitment, selection, and onboarding administration 3. Improvement of communication and workplace climate Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (LAE), Psychology, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Comprehensive personnel process management. Manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. Administer employee onboarding. Manage distribution of uniforms to staff. Conduct interviews and administer psychometric tests. Knowledge and experience in preparing payroll incidents. Maintain employee file records. Impose administrative sanctions for non-compliance. Apply the National Training System (DNC) and develop the personnel training and development program. Coordinate implementation of strategies to improve internal communication and workplace climate. Respond to audit requests. Manage and track severance and settlement payments. Maintain control over vacations, leaves of absence, loans, etc. Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and the Social Security Law (LFSS). Accustomed to working under pressure. Pro\-active, with strong verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent spelling. Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s license.
