Position: Aerospace Operations Specialist (Air Freight / AOG) Location: Irapuato, Gto. and surrounding areas; Ciudad Acuña, Coah.; Piedras Negras, Coah. Company: Procomm Services ________________________________ Job Objective Responsible for operational tracking of air import and export shipments, ensuring adherence to critical timelines, effective communication with international clients, and objective decision-making in response to operational deviations—especially in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations. Key Responsibilities * Daily tracking of international air shipments (import/export). * Coordination with airlines, agents, brokers, and warehouses. * Management of critical / time-sensitive shipments. * Handling and resolution of operational incidents. * Direct communication with U.S. clients (advanced English mandatory). * Immediate decision-making in cases of delays, deviations, or contingencies. * Updating shipment status, tracking information, and operational reports. * Handling air documentation (AWB, MAWB, HAWB, etc.). Essential Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international air logistics. * Knowledge of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or critical shipments. * Advanced English (minimum 80% conversational and written proficiency). * Experience interacting with U.S. clients. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make objective decisions. * Knowledge of import and export processes. Education * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Experience in freight forwarding or 3PL (desirable).
