Cash custody and implementation of security measures. **BANK TELLER** **Position Objective** Ensure customers receive excellent attention and service by performing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities** * Attend to customer and user operations at the counter and mobile cash unit promptly, courteously, and error-free. * Perform all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7's methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line waiting plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. **Work Schedule** One week: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Next week: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Midweek day off; one weekend day off (Saturday or Sunday) per month **Ideal Candidate Profile** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Interest in customer interaction. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. **Value Proposition** * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one midweek day off.
