We seek your talent as a **PROMOTER COORDINATOR** Employment opportunity to supervise street-level collections activities conducted via motorcycle, ensuring daily completion of collections tasks and strict compliance with quality processes—recorded on the mobile collections terminal according to the event schedule. **Specific Responsibilities:** * **Training:** Train promoters on product features, sales techniques, handling objections, and customer service. * **Route and schedule assignment:** Design work plans and strategic routes to effectively cover assigned zones. * **Motivation and supervision:** Conduct field visits, accompany the team to evaluate live performance, and provide continuous feedback. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree **(PREFERRED)** * Valid Class “A” driver’s license **(MANDATORY)** * Flexible availability of working hours * Relevant experience in the field * **WILLINGNESS TO WORK IN THE FIELD** **BENEFITS** * Base salary: $16,000/month + commissions * Work tools * FONACOT loan program * Statutory benefits * Academic scholarships for continued education * Employee discounts at stores * Growth opportunities * Continuous training Salary: $16,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Company-issued mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
