Customer communication and cost control **Aralo Express USA** **Position Objective:** Plan and coordinate import and domestic U.S. shipments to optimize the productivity of B1 units and CDL drivers, ensuring high service levels and profitability. **Requirements:** ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field ✅ 1 year of experience in transportation operations (preferred) ✅ English proficiency required ✅ Intermediate Excel skills ✅ Age: 20–35 years **Main Responsibilities:** Load planning and assignment (FTL and LTL) Real-time vehicle tracking (GPS / TMS) Coordination with CDL drivers Customer and broker communication and support Cost-per-mile and profitability control Report generation and KPI monitoring Support for southbound import operations **Tools:** TMS, ELD, ERP, DAT Load Board
