




1\.Fill out the route log upon arriving at and leaving each customer, ensuring that the corresponding data is entered: Customer name, Arrival time, Departure time, and observations regarding each customer. 2\.Ensure unloading operations are performed correctly, avoiding hitting, slamming, or breaking boxes, packages, displays, or product packaging. 3\.Ensure that the merchandise is checked and compared with the delivery note, together with the person receiving it, whether it be the owner, supervisor, branch manager, or any person authorized by the customer to carry out this activity. 4\.Ensure proper handling of documentation (delivery notes, invoices, returns, unloading permits, purchase receipts, or expense vouchers, etc.) and deliver them to the route driver after the merchandise has been delivered. Ensure proper use of funds provided for payment of handling operations, parking, etc., and recover the corresponding receipt for each payment. 6\.Ensure proper use of work tools for delivering merchandise (hand trucks, pallet jacks, pallets, etc.). 7\.Ensure that work tools are secured or blocked in place to prevent damage to the vehicle body or dry van trailer. 8\.Assist the operator with handling their mobile phone to locate customers via GPS or to report anomalies, whenever the driver is occupied operating the vehicle. 9\.Assist the delivery driver in performing maneuvers to park, whether in tight spaces, when obstacles are present (fences, poles, other vehicles, etc.), when positioning on a loading ramp, or in any situation where the driver requires assistance for parking.
