Position Summary: Door-to-door collection agent for recovering overdue accounts, performing operational field activities and meeting recovery objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Willingness to work in the field **DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts within assigned areas through direct operational field activities and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of assigned territory **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * 12 days of vacation * Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: High school (incomplete or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel frequently * Ability to handle pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Willingness to work in the field Interested?
