REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Personnel management experience. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Proven work experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous process improvement. * Evaluation of internal communication channels. * Alignment of company objectives with those of employees. * Strong verbal communication skills when addressing work teams. * Active listening and participation in meetings with middle and senior management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversight of cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services. * Development of service satisfaction surveys. * Coordination of human resources indicators (follow-up surveys). Support for presentations or events. * Provide support to company personnel for issue tracking and resolution. * Coordinate internal and external communication with suppliers. * Responsible for supervising the delivery of employee services (cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning).
